👋 Hello, I'm Matthew Puyat, a BCIT Computer Systems Technology student with a passion for leadership and software development.

🖥️ During my time at BCIT, I've developed a strong foundation in programming, data structures, and algorithms. I'm always excited to come up with creative solutions to complex problems and I'm always looking to learn new things.

👨‍🏫 I currently explore my passion in teaching as an AP Computer Science Tutor! I love helping students understand the concepts and seeing them grow in their programming skills.

🪑 In my previous role as the Downtown Chair for the Student Association at BCIT, I've had the privilege of leading set respresentative meetings for different programs. One of my highlights as chair was hosting two destress events with over 200-250 students in attendance!
